We purchased a condominium as an investment property using Jurgen Fretschner as our agent. His friendly approach and professionalism put us at ease from the beginning. He was very easy to deal with and explained everything to use, from numbers to potential tenants and what the potential risks could be depending on what unit we choose. I first met Jurgen in 2004 while looking for a new home for myself in The East Market Project in the Byward Market. It was a pleasure working with Jurgen and finding a perfect corner condo unit that I would call home for the next few years. When it was time to sell, he was right there with me making that happen as painlessly as possible. Over the following years I went on to purchase two condos in the Mondrian Project on Laurier Ave. West and two more in Central Phase Two near Bank and Gladstone. Jurgen handled those purchases and sales as well. He was instrumental in referring me to an excellent mortgage broker who worked miracles and a lawyer who was very knowledgeable in condo law. Jurgen also handled the sale of a residential property in Nepean which my husband owned. All in all, we have done a lot of business together and I highly recommend Jurgen for any real estate needs.
